What is Bullying?
Bullying is behaviour by an individual or group repeated over time, which intentionally
hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally
Bullying includes:
- Sending offensive or degrading images by phone or other social media
- Excluding people from other groups
- Spreading hurtful and untruthful rumours
- Taunting
- Mocking
- Kicking
- Pushing
- Name calling
- Gossiping
- Taking belongings
- Offensive graffiti
- Making offensive comments
It is also important that we all reflect on our own behaviour, are we always kind to others?

If you feel you are being bullied
Tell a teacher or another adult straight away
If you find it difficult to talk to anyone at school or at home you can complete the comments or concerns form and someone will get back to you to help.
