Fantastic Open Evening
William de Ferrers school came alive on Thursday 19 September when our open evening took place. There was a tremendous buzz around the building with so many families coming along to view our amazing school and meet our staff and students. Our students were superb ambassadors for the school and earned praise for the way in which they conducted themselves. We have received some lovely feedback from visitors who attended the evening:
‘My husband and myself attended your open evening last night with our eldest daughter. As first time parents to this arena it’s safe to say we were feeling apprehensive. We needn’t have. From the moment we were welcomed on site we relaxed. Every single pupil and member of staff we came across was approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Everybody seemed positive of the new changes and happy. I just wanted to make sure compliments were shared where compliments are due, in a world where people are quick to complain and critique. Many thanks for your efforts.’
